The Answers You Need

WHAT ARE THE SCHOOL HOURS?

School begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends on 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and ends at 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. We ask that students arrive at school by 7:50 a.m. to be ready for class at 8:00 a.m.

WHAT IS THE COST OF TUITION?

All tuition costs are available on the Financial Information link.

IS FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE?

There is a limited amount of financial aid available to those who qualify on a first-come, first-served basis. Students requesting assistance need to complete an online application at factstuitionaid.org and then meet with the business manager to finalize a plan. Click here for financial aid information.

DO YOU HAVE A HOT LUNCH PROGRAM?

Yes, we offer hot lunch on all regular school days. All lunches are lactose-ovo vegetarian and are $5.00. Lunches can be prepaid by adding money to the students account at the front office. For the hot lunch schedule, click here.

DO YOU FOLLOW THE SAME CURRICULUM AS A PUBLIC SCHOOL?

Our curriculum is Bible-based and is developed by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists. We also meet all Washington State requirements so the same required classes are offered as a public school.

ARE YOU AN ACCREDITED SCHOOL?

Yes, we are accredited by the State of Washington Board of Education as well as the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools under the National Council for Private School Association. Click here for more information on our accreditation.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS?

We accept international students. In order to be accepted as a student, you must submit the following minimum iBT (Internet Based TOEFL) scores:

  • 9th grade- 50

  • 10th grade- 60

  • 11th grade- 70

  • 12th grade- 80

WHAT IS YOUR ATHLETIC PROGRAM?

We are committed to academics, character development and well being, and are excited to positively represent our school through our actions on and off the court and field. There are additional variable athletic fees for each sport. Click here for more information on athletics. 

WHAT IS YOUR MUSIC PROGRAM?

We offer Band, Choir, and ensemble groups such as Jazz Band, Brass Ensemble, and a small specialized vocal group as well. Click here for information on our music program.

WHAT EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES DO YOU OFFER?

In addition to athletics and music, we offer Connect and Connected (student body team building events), foreign and domestic mission trips every two years, National Honors Society, Associated Student Body activities, Week of Prayer, the Assist Program and more. HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR FAMILIES?

Teachers and coaches provide communication for classes, athletics, actives, and field trips via email, Remind, text and Edmodo. We also publish a weekly newspaper called "Week at a Glance." Parents and guardians receive a Remind notification.
