Preparing Students for this Life and Beyond
Wander through a classroom in both of our schools and you'll probably see exactly what you expect: desks, textbooks, enthusiastic teachers and eager students—essential ingredients of a quality education. But what you won't see is just as important.
Beyond the classroom walls, each school is connected to and nurtured by the global Seventh-day Adventist Church’s education system—the largest of any Protestant denomination. More than 65,700 committed Christian teachers in more than 6,700 schools seek to train and inspire at least 1.25 million students each day.
Since its founding in the mid-19th century, the 14-million member Adventist church has invested heavily in the future through education. Both of our schools benefit from this commitment through modern facilities, innovative curriculum, professional development support and quality measurement processes.
Though separated by oceans and continents, all Adventist schools are bound together by a sense of common mission and purpose—to prepare young people for happiness and success on this earth and a glorious life in the world to come.
The school curriculum is based on the comprehensive requirements of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist and is aligned with both National and State standards.
